1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Stratopedia’s website, services, or digital resources, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and participants engaging with Stratopedia Consulting & Advisory (“Stratopedia”). If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of our platforms and services.
2. Scope of Services
Stratopedia provides integrated consulting, advisory, and training services across six pillars: Managed Finance Operations & Systems, Strategic Finance Leadership (Virtual CFO), Strategy & Performance Management, Managed Compliance & Business Support, Human Capital Management, and Stratopedia Academy.
All engagements are governed by formal proposals or service agreements that define scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees. These agreements take precedence over any general information presented on the website.
3. Use of Website and Content
All content on Stratopedia’s website, including text, graphics, logos, and materials, is the intellectual property of Stratopedia Consulting & Advisory. Users may view, download, or print materials solely for personal or internal business use.
Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any content without prior written consent from Stratopedia is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients engaging Stratopedia agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for service delivery, maintain the confidentiality of shared materials, credentials, and reports, and comply with applicable laws and regulations relevant to the engagement.
Failure to provide accurate information or adequate cooperation may affect service quality, timelines, or outcomes.
5. Fees and Payment
All fees are specified in the client’s engagement letter or proposal. Payments are due according to the agreed schedule and currency stated in the agreement.
Late payments may attract interest charges or result in temporary suspension of services until settlement. Stratopedia reserves the right to revise pricing for future engagements with reasonable notice.
6. Confidentiality and Data Protection
Stratopedia maintains strict confidentiality over all client data and materials. Information will not be disclosed to third parties except where required by law or with the client’s consent.
All staff and partners operate under signed Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). Client data is protected using enterprise-grade security measures, including encryption, two-factor authentication (2FA), and regular compliance audits.
7. Limitation of Liability
While Stratopedia exercises due care and professional diligence in all engagements, it is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of its services or website.
Clients remain responsible for decisions made based on advice, reports, or deliverables provided by Stratopedia. Liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Intellectual Property
All methodologies, templates, training materials, and intellectual property developed by Stratopedia remain its exclusive property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are granted a non-transferable license to use deliverables solely for internal business purposes. Any reuse or distribution outside the organization requires prior written authorization.
9. Termination of Engagement
Either party may terminate an engagement by providing written notice in accordance with the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment of all completed work and expenses incurred up to the termination date.
Any licenses, system access, or use of Stratopedia platforms will cease upon termination unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration in Abuja, Nigeria.
11. Updates to Terms
Stratopedia may update these Terms of Service periodically to reflect changes in operations, regulations, or best practices. The most current version will always be available on the website, with the effective date clearly stated. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
