Strategy Alignment Session: Organisation name, role, organisation type, size and geography, strategic challenge, institutional maturity assessments, decision horizon, contact details, and country of residence.
Expression of Interest: Full name, email, current role and organisation, phone (optional), seniority level, advisory area of interest, engagement preference, professional background, qualifications, and contribution statement.
We do not collect sensitive personal data, financial information, or data from minors. We do not use cookies for tracking or analytics.
3. How We Use Your Data
Personal data is used solely to review and respond to advisory enquiries, engagement requests, and expressions of professional interest. We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, automated decision-making, or any purpose beyond direct response to your submission. We do not sell, share, or transfer personal data to third parties except where required by law.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data under the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) 2019 and the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023 on the following bases: consent (voluntary submission), legitimate interest (responding to professional enquiries), and contractual necessity (where submission initiates a pre-contractual advisory engagement process).

Advisory enquiries are retained for a maximum of 24 months. Expressions of interest are retained for a maximum of 12 months. Submissions that do not result in any engagement are securely deleted within 30 days of that determination. Where an active advisory engagement is initiated, our standard client engagement retention policy applies.

Stratopedia Advisory Ltd. implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. All submissions are reviewed directly by the Principal Advisor and are not processed through automated systems.
